Booz & Co. has released its annual Global Innovation 1000 survey results. This year’s edition focuses on the capabilities that companies should focus on to drive successful innovation. It is interesting to see how Booz builds on its previous findings and conclusions from these studies, such as the thread they follow of the importance of aligning innovation strategy with overall corporate strategy.
