Paddy Miller

Paddy Miller is Professor of Managing People in Organizations at IESE Business School in Barcelona. A globally consulted expert on leadership and corporate culture, he has over 25 years of experience working with large companies, and has worked with senior executives in organizations like Nike, Lufthansa, Henkel, Bayer, L’Oreal, Boeing, Citi and the World Bank, among many others. As a speaker, he has appeared on the World Business Forum, the World Innovation Forum and The Economist’s Talent Management Summit.

Besides his work at IESE and in the corporate world, Miller is a sought-after speaker for executive programs in the U.S., Europe and Asia, and has led executive education courses offered by the business schools of Harvard University, the University of Virginia, the University of Cape Town and the China-Europe International Business School in Shanghai.

Miller holds a Ph.D. in Management from IESE Business School and an MBA from the University of Cape Town in South Africa. He is the author of Mission Critical Leadership, published by McGraw-Hill, and has written more than 35 case studies. His work on globally distributed teams was awarded by the Academy of Management.

Thomas Wedell-Wedellsborg

Thomas Wedell-Wedellsborg is a partner at The Innovation Architects, a management consulting firm. An expert in innovation and corporate creativity, he has worked with managers in nearly all parts of the globe, including China, India, Russia, Singapore, Britain, France, the United States and his native country, Denmark. He has founded two startups in the new media space and serves as an advisor to BBC Worldwide Labs.

Wedell-Wedellsborg is a frequent corporate speaker and has delivered keynotes at events such as HP’s European Partner Executive Summit, Johnson & Johnson’s HCS Fall Leadership Meeting, and Egmont Group’s Management Conference. He also teaches on executive education programs at IESE Business School, and his research has been featured in the Financial Times and in Harvard Business Review.

Wedell-Wedellsborg holds an MBA from IESE Business School and an MA in Media Science from the University of Copenhagen. Prior to his business career, he served for four years as an officer and infantry platoon commander with the Danish Royal Guards.
